Ginastica Natural For Fighters
Oct 25, 2012. Hey guys, here is a article we wrote about how practicing Ginastica Natural can really improve your movements and fluidity when rolling. Does anybody here do some ginastica? What are your impressions on the benefits? No-registration upload of files up to 250MB. Not available in some countries.
If you're looking for an updated, well presented and translated version of the original GN For Fighters materal, this isn't it. Paragon Ntfs Serial V1420soft. A lot of the dynamic movement and mobility work has been removed in this set. Instead, these are class-based, small space stretching workouts, for the most part, with running in place used to provide cardio on their 'cardio workout' discs.
Still, I find them challenging and engaging, and you will feel nice and loose after a session. Think dynamic yoga rather than mobility/ground engagement though. Unfortunately, the verbal queueing is also not very good in many cases - moving into a new position, rather than explaining what new position you're moving into, Raphael simlpy says 'move your leg up here' or 'and now going back here' or similar. It isn't a language barrier thing, it's a not naming and calling the poses well thing. Not a big deal after you've done a disc a few times, but for actually learning the series it can present a challenge.

Finite Mathematics Eighth Edition Answer Key here. Grabbee Driver Vista here. He generally says *something* to alert you that you need to change up, which is better than some discs I've seen, so again, maybe not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Even in this form, GN is a fantastic (if not unique) way to learn movement. Look around for GN on youtube to se what the possibilities are if you're not familiar.
These discs are a great starting point for anyone wanting to learn some basic ground mobility paired with some stretching in a timed TV workout format. Sometimes that's perfect, I'll readily admit. I see this set as a nice introduction to the possibilities - parkour, methode naturelle, and systema/krav mobility work are great next steps. EDIT 10-12-13: After having run through most discs in this series several times (all of them except the senior and kids discs) I'm downgrading to 3 stars. It's definitely a good *introduction* to GN ideas, but the removal of the mobility aspect of GN with the addition of running-in-place really makes this series less than it could and should be.
If you're considering this series and have, say, an 8x8 ft area to practice on, you'd be much better served by getting the original GN for Fighters, which contains all of the useful aspects of this set plus much more. This set isn't horrible, but it's not worth the price, and truly there are much better resources, including the original material, available. First of all, if you must buy this pack and you are lucky to have it shipped to your location, Amazon is the place to get it. I got this for $79 from their website and that is VERY expensive for what you are getting.
It is unlikely that you will use all 8 dvds but what bothers me about the set is that each dvd is under 30 minutes! One is even 12 minutes long but I think that is the 'bonus' one so technically, this is a 7 dvd pack. Seems to me that most of the videos could have gone into 1 dvd instead of splitting them into a space consuming 8 pack. As for the content, if you are looking for the soothing and meditative yoga-like feel of Ginastica Natural Fundamentals, you will be sorely disappointed. This one is very 'jerky' in nature.
Think about this set more like a playground type thing that you do with a group of your friends and you'll get the vibe of this pack. The son, Romano, mostly does the workout accompanied and one of the women is very chatty, making jokes here and there that you may or may not care for. So yea, it has a very informal playground feel. I'm a sucker for these kinds of workouts and other than Sonnon, Romano is the only one I know that puts out these fun types of workouts. Romano is better for a newbee or someone wanting a typical follow along format. If you had to choose between this pack and one of the older dvds, I would go with the original Ginastica Natural Fundamentals any day. The production is of excellent quality, maybe more so because it is very polished, you get more value for your money and when you are done, you won't even need to add yoga to it because it naturally takes on a more soothing though challenging meditative quality.
